Charakterystyka rozdziałów w żelu poliakrylamidowym szczepów Campylobacter jejuni wyizolowanych od drobiu

AbstractThe aim of the study was the evaluation of picture representing splits of 15 Campylobacter jejuni strains (7 strains from hens and 8 from broilers) in the SDS-PAGE, as well as comparing them with 3 reference strains: Lio 1, Lio 6, Lio 36. The electrophoretic split of full C. jejuni ce|ls rvas carried out in the 7.5Va and ISVa gradient of polyacrylamide gel (biorad Miniprotean II), Then the proteins lyere transferred on the nitrocellu|ose membrane (Schleider-Schuel|, 0.45 pm), in tlre von Keutz transfer chamber (0.8 mA/cm, 60 min.). In immunoblotting, the antigen features of the examined strains split in the SDS- -PAGE were estimated using the sera from rabbits hyperinrmunized with Lio l and Lio 6 strains. In all examined field strains of C. jejuni, the presence of proteins of ca 18, 31, 45 and 63 kD was shown, However, not a|l isolated strains contained the 91 kD, which occurs in reference strains.
